Shore
Let's workshop this poem about a man who finds solace and healing in opening himself up to a woman who will neither interrupt him nor denounce him for his secrets
Shore
Stank enough for bugs,
never could she turn
him in or cast judgment,
so whom better
to vent to, confide in—
to show he is not so evil
given his story, to help
him in moving
past the drama of his past—
but the all-ears creek
carcass he creamed into
insentience?
